The GenAI & Automation team delivers Generative AI and business process automation projects, combining business, analytical, and product expertise to develop modern AI solutions.
задачи
Lead GenAI projects end-to-end, from business requirements analysis to production deployment;
Translate business needs into business, technical, and project documentation;
Manage the backlog, priorities, and delivery schedules for initiatives;
Collaborate with developers to plan scope and clarify requirements;
Design and implement business automation using AI Agents;
Work with multimodal solutions involving text, images, and audio;
Build organizational awareness of the capabilities and limitations of Generative AI.
требования
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner;
Experience delivering GenAI projects and independently leading IT initiatives;
Knowledge of language models, including RAG, Fine-Tuning, tokenization, and Context Window;
Experience with system and API integration and coordinating collaboration between teams;
Ability to lead projects from requirements analysis through solution deployment and stabilization;
Experience working in an Agile environment;
Ability to create clear documentation and model business processes;
Very strong communication and business stakeholder collaboration skills.
