Business Analyst

Finsolutia provides a SaaS platform used by financial professionals and develops technology solutions for financial entities.

• Translate business, customer, and regulatory needs into product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications;
• Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams to clarify requirements, define workflows and acceptance criteria, and maintain shared understanding throughout delivery;
• Maintain product documentation, functional specifications, and release notes;
• Support teams through demos, feature walkthroughs, and release communications.

• 2+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Specialist, or in a similar role;
• Experience defining product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation;
• Understanding of APIs, SaaS concepts, and Scrum/Kanban environments;
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, including identifying risks, dependencies, gaps, and trade-offs, prioritising needs, and working autonomously across several teams;
• Clear communication skills and customer focus;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Nice to have: experience in banking, financial services, credit intermediation, brokerage, or consulting, especially in mortgage lending or regulated environments; experience with Confluence, Intercom, DevOps, or similar tools; user interviews, surveys, or usability testing.
