Ardshinbank is a banking organization that develops and provides financial products and services, including core banking capabilities, payments, accounts, cards, onboarding, and related digital services.
задачи
Receive, analyze, and manage requests from internal business and technical teams related to Core Domain Services;
Gather, clarify, and document business, functional, and integration requirements;
Act as the main communication bridge between CDS, requesting teams, and the Bank Core Oracle team;
Analyze whether requested functionality can be covered by existing core-banking capabilities or requires new implementation;
Create structured tasks, specifications, and change requests for the Bank Core team;
Work with CDS architects, developers, and stakeholders to define API-oriented solutions aligned with domain boundaries;
Participate in solution discussions involving banking products, customer flows, payments, accounts, onboarding, cards, and related financial processes;
Support backlog refinement, prioritization, impact analysis, and release readiness activities;
Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable from request to delivery;
Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process and service improvement;
Collaborate with QA, developers, and business teams during testing, UAT, and implementation phases;
Contribute to standardization of analysis practices, documentation quality, and cross-team communication.
требования
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in banking, fintech, or enterprise financial systems;
Strong understanding of banking processes and financial product flows;
Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and translating business needs into clear functional requirements;
Experience communicating with core-banking or back-office system teams in complex enterprise environments;
Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and service-based architecture;
Experience with analysis and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar;
Strong analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to independently drive requirements from idea through implementation;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Nice to have: knowledge of LSoft and/or Oracle-based core banking systems, technical understanding of banking systems, integration patterns, and financial workflows, knowledge of Oracle core-banking procedures/packages, experience working closely with Oracle-based core teams, familiarity with LSoft, banking integrations, and enterprise API ecosystems, understanding of accounts, payments, cards, customer data, limits, onboarding/KYC, loans, or related areas, experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, ability to read technical specifications, API contracts, and basic system diagrams.
