• Deliver effective technology solutions for Marketing Content, Asset Generation, and Content Assessment;
• Identify opportunities for new features and agents, with standardization across marketing functions;
• Translate complex business needs into structured technology demand and functional specifications;
• Partner with Product Managers to refine product vision, roadmap, and priorities;
• Own backlog quality and ensure user stories are defined, prioritized, and ready for development;
• Coordinate between technology engineering teams, platform teams, and business super users to translate requirements and map them to Genesis Global capabilities;
• Lead product backlog grooming;
• Facilitate workshops and discussions across cross-functional teams;
• Bridge business and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding;
• Support development teams during delivery and ensure correct implementation of requirements;
• Lead UAT processes and ensure solutions meet business expectations;
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify optimization opportunities;
• Drive best practices in business analysis, documentation, and team ways of working.
