- Support the implementation of a prepaid card management system;
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into specifications understandable to technical teams;
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation;
- Facilitate continuous communication between business and technical teams.
требования
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking;
- Strong knowledge of the card payments business, including core card issuing processes;
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing processes, and managing stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and critical thinking;
- Good level of English.
