• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements;
• Translate requirements into clear features and user stories;
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization;
• Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design to-be processes;
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and investigate data and integration issues;
• Work with APIs and system integrations to support application operations;
• Perform integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Support incident management, technical configurations, and product/application operations;
• Participate in standby/on-call support when required;
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across business and technology teams;
• Support successful implementation of business and product changes.

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent;
• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations;
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills;
• Experience with business process analysis;
• Experience with integration testing and UAT;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset;
• Nice to have: Experience with Business Process Modelling, product or application support experience, incident management experience, experience with technical configurations, experience working in Agile environments, experience working with geographically distributed teams.
