- Gather and document requirements from banking stakeholders;
- Manage FAQ content and quality assurance within the CMS;
- Collaborate with the development team on the implementation of an FAQ Bot;
- Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality and user experience;
- Support release planning and project documentation.
требования
- 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer;
- Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
- Experience working with CMS platforms;
- Ability to create User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Experience working in Scrum and Agile environments;
- Fluent English;
- Good working proficiency in German.
