- Support the Sales Organization with targets, budgets, and analytical insights;
- Analyze, optimize, and build business models for Sales Leadership;
- Track and set KPIs to measure business performance and drive strategic decisions;
- Define performance metrics and build reporting dashboards;
- Create insights beyond numbers to influence, support, and execute strategic business decisions;
- Create budget plans, bookings plans, and targets for related departments and businesses;
- Communicate key metrics and insights clearly and effectively to partners and stakeholders;
- Drive execution and initiate and manage projects from start to end.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field;
- 5 Years of business experience;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong analytical, data mining, and modelling skills;
- Process-oriented, well-organized, and an autonomous learner;
- Experience working with Excel and MS Office;
- Excellent written and oral communication and good interpersonal skills.
