Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, converting them into user stories and acceptance criteria;
Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira, ensuring traceability of requirements and business priorities;
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
Coordinate communication between business areas and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions;
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Agile methodologies;
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and specifications for development teams;
Monitor initiative progress using Agile metrics and tracking tools;
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure objectives and deadlines are met;
Identify risks, dependencies, and functional impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
требования
2–7 Years of professional experience as a Business Analyst;
2–7 Years of experience working in Agile environments;
Professional experience using Jira to manage and track requirements;
Knowledge of Scrum Master practices and participation in Scrum ceremonies;
English at B2 level or above;
A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline;
Knowledge and experience using generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applicable to the workplace;
Must reside in Spain and have permission to work in Spain;
Nice to have: experience collaborating with international teams, experience in digital transformation and process improvement, knowledge of Confluence or other functional documentation tools, Agile or Scrum Master certifications or equivalent.
