• Plan, approach, and deliver business analysis activities with clearly defined outcomes;
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements;
• Break down complex business problems into Epics, User Stories, Business Requirements, and Non-functional requirements;
• Develop process maps and business models;
• Support development, testing, and business change needs throughout the project lifecycle;
• Review and assess project delivery against business requirements;
• Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders;
• Assist in preparing business cases;
• Plan and execute analysis approaches for projects;
• Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation;
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for users;
• Provide post-go-live support, address user queries, and identify system enhancement opportunities;
• Advocate for evolving standards and ways of working;
• Drive continuous improvement in scrum or project teams through active participation in ceremonies and meetings;
• Balance and prioritize workload, escalating conflicting demands where necessary;
• Contribute to risk management by raising, reviewing, monitoring, and supporting mitigation;
• Support Business Analysts on assigned projects;
• Ensure consistency and quality of team output;
• Collaborate with other team leads to prioritize team workload;
• Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports;
• Support the professional development of direct reports;
• Engage actively in the BA community and act as a role model to Interns, Graduates, Associates, BAs, and peers.

• More than 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• Experience in analysis planning, requirements gathering, and process analysis;
• Experience executing implementation methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and challenge and influence at all levels;
• Strong time management and prioritization skills;
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a commitment to high-quality work;
• Ability to deliver under pressure;
• Nice to have: Experience in the Customer Relationship Management Service or wider eCommerce domain, exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM, or SAP Hybris, BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA Level 3 Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
