InPost is a leading European logistics solutions provider for e-commerce. It operates an out-of-home delivery platform with Paczkomat parcel lockers and PUDO points across nine countries, and provides courier and fulfillment services to e-commerce merchants. Its Financial Services area develops contextual financial and payment products for InPost users.

Prepare strategic analyses, business cases, and recommendations supporting business decisions;
Analyze the market and identify new development and innovation opportunities in financial and payment services;
Assess potential strategic partnerships, including innovation partnerships;
Lead business initiatives from analysis and recommendation through implementation and outcome evaluation;
Model business scenarios and prepare forecasts and financial analyses;
Monitor key business and financial metrics and recommend optimization actions;
Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams;
Prepare materials and recommendations for senior management;
Develop analytical standards and support data-driven decision-making across the organization;
Use AI tools to improve the efficiency of analyses and business processes;
Act as an owner and take responsibility for results;
Make decisions based on data;
Identify new solutions and challenge the status quo;
Turn ideas into concrete business actions;
Build partner relationships and achieve goals with other teams.
требования
At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, strategic consulting, or business development;
Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce, or strategic consulting;
Experience leading international projects or initiatives;
Ability to independently lead initiatives from concept through implementation and outcome assessment;
Experience preparing business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses;
Ability to translate data into business recommendations;
Very good knowledge of SQL and Excel;
Ownership of results, curiosity, and business acumen;
Highly developed communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across organizational levels;
Very good English, minimum C1;
Nice to have: performance management experience, including financial metrics analysis; retail banking experience related to launching or developing financial products; knowledge of Power BI, VBA, DAX, or other Business Intelligence tools; practical use of AI tools in data analysis and business decision-making.
