• Independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams, adapt standard frameworks, mentor junior and intermediate BAs, and shape team ways of working;
• Lead analysis of complex business problems, conduct domain research, drive root cause analysis, deliver comprehensive requirements, and propose improvements;
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor;
• Facilitate alignment workshops and risk-review sessions across Legal, Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, and Validation;
• Analyze, document, and map multi-modal R&D workflows;
• Translate failure modes of automated agentic pipelines into business impact assessments;
• Evaluate R&D platforms, software tools, and cloud ecosystems against 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP standards;
• Apply ALCOA+ principles to current and future data lifecycles and conduct gap analyses of internal and third-party platforms;
• Define business requirements for immutable auditing of user actions and automated model executions;
• Partner with Data Protection Officers to evaluate systems against GDPR and HIPAA and participate in Data Protection Impact Assessments;
• Deliver impact across products, initiatives, or clusters involving multiple solutions;
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans, influence tactical decisions, and contribute to long-term solution roadmaps.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience;
• At least 3+ years of experience in life sciences, pharma, or the assigned business function;
• Hands-on experience with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ALCOA+, GDPR, HIPAA, and EU AI Act;
• Awareness of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD);
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis practices, including requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management;
• Independent experience with BPMN, SWOT, gap analysis, and risk management;
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Retina, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, and AI prototyping tools;
• Ability to navigate complex technical architectures, data models, cloud infrastructure concepts, and audit log structures;
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills;
• Systems-thinking mindset and analytical rigor;
• Nice to have: CBAP or equivalent certification such as IIBA CCBA or Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP certification.

• Salary range: 14,175.00 - 26,325.00 PLN gross based on the employment contract;
