Lead business analysis efforts across multiple project streams and stakeholder groups;
Collaborate with scientific experts to capture and interpret complex business needs;
Define and document detailed requirements aligned with project goals;
Manage and prioritize the project backlog according to business and technical priorities;
Guide the technical design process to ensure consistency with business objectives;
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for stakeholder clarity;
Provide expert analysis and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
требования
Background in biology, chemistry, or bioinformatics;
Experience in business analysis or product management;
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;
Understanding of clinical trials, laboratory automation, or drug discovery domains;
English at B2+ level, spoken and written;
Nice to have: experience working in a laboratory environment, skills in system analysis or data analysis.
