- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements;
- Communicate with clients and internal teams;
- Define project scope and manage stakeholders;
- Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements;
- Participate in UAT and acceptance testing.
требования
- 4+ Years of Business Analyst experience;
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience;
- Strong business and system analysis skills;
- Understanding of SDLC;
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and third-party integrations;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience with requirements documentation and UAT;
- English B2+;
- Nice to have: Enterprise CRM experience, marketing automation knowledge, experience in international distributed teams.
