BlaBlaCar operates a marketplace that connects people for shared travel.

• Conduct market research, track trends, analyze competitors, and study customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities;
• Deliver analytics and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive management;
• Build Tableau dashboards, clean data tables, and financial models in partnership with Data & Engineering teams;
• Execute pricing, monetization, and operational adjustments to maintain marketplace balance;
• Evaluate cross-functional projects, assess business cases, and optimize internal workflows.

• 2–4 Years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Intelligence, or another analytical role;
• Strong Excel and presentation skills;
• Structured thinking and familiarity with MECE principles;
• Understanding of basic statistics and P&L structure;
• Strong problem-solving ability, high autonomy, proactivity, and a results-driven attitude;
• Upper-Intermediate English and comfort working in an international environment;
• Nice to have: experience in startups, scale-ups, or tech companies, hands-on experience with SQL (BigQuery), BI tools (Tableau / Looker Studio).
