• 5+ Years of business analyst experience in a payment or financial services environment;
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery;
• Excellent skills in writing requirements specifications and user stories;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
