business analyst in payroll IT

The company provides IT services and consulting. The role supports payroll-related IT solutions, services, processes, and operations for an international IT and HR environment.

• Carry out business analyses to support decisions on IT solutions and prepare or assist with the Business Blueprint under supervision;
• Install, manage, maintain, and optimize internal and cross-functional processes related to IT services;
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Payroll and contribute business process, data, and technical expertise to ongoing operations;
• Work with the IT team to estimate effort for solution and service development, change requests, and releases;
• Apply detailed knowledge of payroll business processes to shape and align IT solution building and delivery;
• Design test cases and support UAT and reporting;
• Manage integration error handling from an IT perspective;
• Support major incident and critical situation resolution.

• At least 8 years of experience working with HR Payroll applications;
• Proven experience with IT service management concepts, including ITIL;
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the wider context of business processes and technologies;
• Good organizational, payroll management, decision-making, and negotiation skills;
• Sense of responsibility for end-to-end delivery, independence, and discipline;
• Team spirit, a collaborative approach, and customer focus;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Experience with ADP Payroll applications.
