• Provide commercial and financial insights and recommendations, considering profitability drivers such as pricing strategy, trade terms, promotional discounts, market trends, and new product development;
• Build, develop, and maintain data models, databases, reports, and dashboards on a regular and ad hoc basis to support fast decision-making;
• Act as the Sales Force Automation system owner and subject matter expert;
• Analyze and evaluate sales performance data, providing insights based on figures and trends;
• Support the development of annual budgets and take responsibility for entering relevant data into the BI system;
• Review and approve Commercial agreements;
• Perform pricing exercises using Value Chain tools;
• Provide analysis required for target setting.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the FMCG industry;
• Fluent in Greek and English;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent analytical, numerical, verbal, and written communication skills;
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality;
• Nice to have: Experience with ERP systems and BI tools, financial modelling.
