Accompany innovative and challenging internal IT projects, acting as the link between business, IT, partners and suppliers;
Turn business needs and ideas into well-understood problems and potential initiatives by clarifying objectives, scope, stakeholders, dependencies and expected outcomes;
Bring stakeholders from different areas together and define and shape the scope with them;
Secure the flow of business requirements into the project team;
Elicit and analyse business and user needs;
Model business processes and develop concepts and solution designs;
Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements with the project team;
Ensure requirements remain aligned with intended business outcomes;
Structure and maintain clear, prioritised requirements and backlogs;
Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams throughout implementation;
Translate approved demand into clearly scoped, deliverable projects;
Contribute to Demand Management where needed;
Communicate complex problems and solutions clearly to different audiences.
требования
Technical university degree or equivalent practical knowledge and experience;
Several years of project experience, ideally as a Business Analyst;
Analytical, structured and pragmatic approach;
Ability to see the big picture, maintain an overview and solve complex problems;
Familiarity with business analysis and requirements engineering methods, including process modelling, requirements modelling, story mapping and backlog management;
Ability to work independently, flexibly and proactively in interdisciplinary teams;
Confident English communication in an international environment;
