• Write project documentation, including WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, and Business Cases;
• Model business processes using BPMN and create various diagrams and models with UML;
• Manage communication processes in software development projects;
• Manage stakeholders in software development projects;
• Apply core UX principles and use prototyping tools;
• Apply software development methodologies and frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban;
• Perform system analysis, including SQL, database modeling, data analysis, and researching and describing integrations;
• Manage requirements changes in software development;
• Apply project risk management fundamentals;
• Understand complex business processes and propose optimization methods.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Experience writing project documentation;
• Experience in business process modeling with BPMN and using UML;
• Experience managing communication processes in software development projects;
• Experience managing stakeholders in software development projects;
• Knowledge of core UX principles and proficiency with Figma;
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban;
• Experience with SQL, database modeling, data analysis, and integrations;
• Experience in requirements change management;
• Understanding of project risk management fundamentals;
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand complex business processes;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: knowledge of other foreign languages at B2 level or higher, especially German, experience in a banking environment or fintech projects, experience in software development in other roles, mentoring experience.
