data analyst for business communications

• Develop and support analytical systems for operational analysis and decision-making;
• Communicate with Business Process Owners and identify KPIs;
• Communicate with development teams to identify data sources and analyze data lifecycles;
• Develop data storage structures in DWH, set requirements for the Data Engineer regarding ETL processes, and check the results;
• Develop dashboards in analytical platforms;
• Present analytical results to customers.

• Have 1+ years of experience as a Data/BI Analyst;
• Understand business process analysis and KPI identification principles;
• Have good experience with DataViz platforms: Tableau, Looker, or SuperSet;
• Have programming knowledge in SQL; Python is a plus;
• Understand database principles;
• Have an analytical mindset, communication and presentation skills, and teamwork skills;
• Be fluent in Russian and English;
• Nice to have: Python programming.
