• Analyze raw and complex data and translate it into insights and concrete solutions for the business, focusing on digital marketing and commercial growth;
• Develop quantitative and predictive models to support better decision-making;
• Build dashboards and reports that help colleagues make data-driven decisions;
• Optimize data pipelines and processes, for example for SEA;
• Contribute to reliable, well-structured, and broadly usable organizational data;
• Explore new AI and analytics applications to create additional value from data.

• Hold a completed HBO or university degree in Data Analytics, Econometrics, or a comparable field;
• Have at least two years of experience in a data role;
• Be analytical, curious, proactive, and collaborative across disciplines;
• Have strong Python, SQL, and Excel skills;
• Write clean, production-ready code and be comfortable with data libraries;
• Understand how analyses contribute to commercial objectives;
• Have experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI, and with developing dashboards and reports;
• Understand data infrastructure, including how data pipelines and data models work;
• Be able to work with tools such as BigQuery and collaborate easily with data engineers;
• Have an interest in generative AI and experience with LLMs and AI tools, or enthusiasm to develop further in this area;
• Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, experience with statistical analyses and developing predictive or quantitative models.
