data analyst for PC App Store

Fast Corporation develops and scales digital products for Tier-1 international markets. Its B2C product is PC App Store, a Windows desktop marketplace focused on software discovery, distribution, user acquisition, and monetization, serving millions of users worldwide. Its B2B product is an internal marketing platform supporting traffic operations, analytics, partner management, and growth initiatives.

• Analyze the full user journey from paid acquisition and landing pages through downloads, installations, purchases, retention, and long-term user value;
• Use funnel, cohort, and segmentation analyses to identify friction points, understand user behavior and retention, and uncover growth opportunities;
• Own the analytical side of A/B testing, including defining hypotheses and success metrics, estimating sample sizes, validating results, and making recommendations;
• Investigate unexpected changes in product and marketing performance, identify root causes, and distinguish data or tracking issues from actual business changes;
• Build and maintain dashboards, align metric definitions across teams, and work with developers to resolve data-quality and tracking gaps;
• Turn analytical findings into specific product or marketing recommendations, define measurable success criteria, and evaluate the impact of implemented changes;
• Proactively identify analytical priorities, communicate findings clearly, and help teams make data-driven decisions.

• 3+ Years of commercial data analytics experience, including substantial experience with digital products;
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization;
• Practical experience using Python for data processing and analysis;
• Strong knowledge of statistics and hands-on experience independently planning and analyzing A/B tests;
• Solid experience with funnel, cohort, segmentation, and retention analysis;
• Strong understanding of business and growth metrics such as conversion, ARPU, LTV, acquisition cost, and ROAS;
• Experience building dashboards in Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or a similar BI tool;
• Ability to structure open-ended business questions into analyses, recognize data limitations, and recommend practical next steps;
• Ability to translate analytical findings into product or marketing actions and assess the impact of implemented changes;
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and explain complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
• Native-level Serbian and English at B2 level or above;
• Based in Belgrade or willing to relocate and available to work fully on-site;
• Nice to have: experience with paid acquisition analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Meta; understanding of attribution and conversion tracking across advertising, product, and revenue data; experience with software distribution, desktop products, app marketplaces, or subscription monetization; experience analyzing products operating across multiple international markets.
