Under Armour develops, delivers, and sells state-of-the-art products and digital tools for athletes. Its Enterprise Data Management & Analytics team provides reporting and analytical solutions that help business units make more informed decisions.

• Liaise with business unit process leaders and functional analysts to understand team strategies and KPIs and drive demand management and analytics requirements;
• Align business requirements with data and analytical solutions and empower the business to draw insights and analyze data;
• Identify areas of concern in as-is processes and business dependencies;
• Find innovative ways to optimize and simplify Under Armour’s reporting functions;
• Ensure visibility of business unit reporting and analytics requirements within the group;
• Work with project teams, enterprise developers, systems analysts, data scientists, and solution, domain, and enterprise architects to deliver reporting solutions aligned with the enterprise-wide data strategy;
• Support, enable, and train business units to understand and use Under Armour’s standard technologies and maximize the value of data and analytics requirements;
• Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering and participate in discovery, analysis, value validation, design, and testing phases;
• Ideate with functional analysts and business process owners;
• Monitor business changes and recommend where analytics can further improve the business;
• Document development for peer reference and knowledge transfer.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience, or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree;
• Have 2+ years of experience engaging with Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Accounting, Product, HR, and Emerging Markets business areas;
• Have 1+ year of experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools;
• Have 1+ year of ERP experience;
• Have experience creating functional and technical specification documents.

• Base compensation: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 EUR;
