IRC Poland delivers protection, economic empowerment, livelihoods, education, and integration programmes through direct work and partnerships with local civil society organizations.

• Maintain integrations between KoboToolbox, CommCare, and other programme databases through OpenFn, APIs, and ETL processes;
• Monitor automated data flows and troubleshoot synchronization, duplication, and data-transfer issues;
• Document database structures, integrations, data flows, and system changes;
• Recommend and implement automation solutions that reduce manual data transfer and errors;
• Establish and maintain a reliable CommCare-to-Excel connection through APIs and ETL processes;
• Monitor the CommCare-to-Excel data flow and resolve synchronization or data-transfer issues;
• Keep the CommCare-to-Excel connection accurate as forms, structures, and reporting requirements evolve;
• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reporting tools combining CommCare and KoboToolbox data;
• Prepare regular reports on client reach, services delivered, results, and progress against targets;
• Prepare datasets and tables for monthly, quarterly, final, and ad hoc reporting;
• Organize reports for partners and internal teams, including indicator progress and registrations by region and partner;
• Translate complex data into clear findings and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

• University degree in data analysis, computer science, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including reports and dashboards using external data sources, Power Query, pivot tables, and formulas;
• Practical experience with CommCare or a comparable digital data-collection or case-management platform;
• Familiarity with KoboToolbox or the ability to learn it quickly;
• Strong attention to detail when consolidating and checking data from multiple sources;
• Ability to organize and present data clearly for technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot issues independently;
• Proactive, self-directed approach and comfort being the first to figure something out;
• Professional working proficiency in English and Polish;
• Nice to have: Experience with OpenFn or a comparable data-integration or workflow-automation tool, Ukrainian language.

• This position is expected to end on 15 February 2027;
• PLN100/hour;
• Contractor role.
