BNP Paribas Electronic Business and Markets is a global business line within Global Markets, responsible for electronic business across product strategy and distribution, automated market making, client and sales solutions, and client service. Its Ebusiness team supports clients and counterparties across electronic trading products and platforms.

Help drive AI projects related to pricing automation for Structured Products;
Engage with sales teams to collect feedback and identify areas for improvement;
Understand client requests and help improve AI translator capabilities;
Troubleshoot errors;
Help develop tools to process and analyze large volumes of unstructured data for monitoring;
Review model calibration results and provide a critical assessment;
Produce project status KPIs for top management;
Investigate and resolve issues across electronic products and services;
Ensure clients can connect, price, and trade at all times;
Use data-mining tools to identify issues;
Provide business support and training to teams and ensure proper platform usage;
Help users find alternatives to automate pricing needs;
Propose and create marketing materials promoting the platform and new features;
Keep platform information about existing and new features up to date;
Monitor new and dormant client and user activity and conduct reactivation campaigns.
требования
Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a similar field;
General understanding of and interest in the financial world;
Fluent English;
Excellent communication skills and client focus;
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under tight deadlines and strong organizational skills;
Knowledge of Excel;
Interest in AI-related projects.
