• Build and own data infrastructure for compliance monitoring, from onboarding funnel analytics to remediation financial exposure;
• Build end-to-end data transformation pipelines from source to consumption layers in collaboration with the Analytics Engineer Team;
• Partner with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control to scope and deliver analytical tools;
• Own KYC/KYB funnel analytics from CS initiation through KYB validation, including refusal reasons, document gaps, and lead-time distributions;
• Track remediation campaigns and measure MRR secured, at risk, or lost.

• Experience working analytically with KYC/KYB, AML, remediation, or similar regulatory or operational processes;
• Experience designing dashboards and models that let end users explore data autonomously, from daily SLA tracking to executive budget readouts;
• Experience managing analytical priorities across multiple teams, scoping work, pushing back when needed, and driving adoption;
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills, including building end-to-end transformation pipelines, enforcing data quality, and establishing trust in metrics with non-technical stakeholders;
• Actively use AI tools to accelerate analytics work and be curious about applying them further;
• Fluent in English (C1).
