Design and maintain ETL processes and data models within BigQuery;
Create dashboards in Looker and Tableau;
Perform deep-dive analyses of delivery efficiency, marketing ROI, and commercial growth using Python and SQL;
Act as a data consultant for departmental leads in Spain;
Help define KPIs and automate manual reporting;
Foster a data-first culture across departments;
Optimize data infrastructure for the scale of the Spanish market.
требования
2–3 Years of experience in a high-growth tech, marketplace, or analytical consultancy environment;
Expert SQL skills, with BigQuery preferred;
Strong Python skills for data manipulation and automation;
Experience building and maintaining ETL processes;
Ability to structure data for scale;
Hands-on experience with Looker and Tableau;
Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical audiences;
Professional fluency in English and Spanish;
Ability to explain technical issues to Finance and Logistics leads;
Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar quantitative field.
