Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize global rider engagement;
Redesign the courier payment framework to improve operational metrics by modeling factors such as vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability;
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities;
Own the experimentation process by designing, running, and analyzing A/B and switchback tests before global rollouts;
Monitor strategy performance, track KPIs, assess effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments;
Understand and address local and regional rider needs.
требования
Degree in Engineering, Maths, or another STEM field;
2+ Years of experience in a data analytics role, translating insights into business actions and measuring their impact;
Strong technical proficiency;
Advanced SQL for complex querying and data extraction;
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data orchestration;
Experience with Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
Ability to break down ambiguous and complex problems into manageable steps;
Ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Fluent English;
Organized, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
Nice to have: experience designing or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies.
