• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver data solutions with stakeholders;
• Lead data quality initiatives, including root cause analysis, data reconciliation, and systematic validation of reports, metrics, and workflows;
• Communicate results and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence business decisions;
• Drive adoption of new technologies and approaches to improve data infrastructure scalability, reproducibility, and reliability;
• Participate in and lead analytics team activities, including standups, planning, and retrospectives;
• Share knowledge across the analytics community and contribute to recruitment;
• Maintain a deep understanding of the big data ecosystem and connect with peers across teams and crafts;
• Develop expertise in the department’s operational, tactical, and strategic activities;
• Identify and execute business and technical opportunities;
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and tables aligned with established data models and best practices;
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready code focused on payment cost analysis and financial data;
• Lead data quality improvements and validate data tables;
• Collaborate with senior and junior analysts on reliable, long-term data solutions;
• Document data lineage and technical processes.

• Quantitative educational background; a Master's degree is preferred;
• 5+ Years of experience in data analytics, insight generation, and data visualization;
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end big data analytics projects in an industry setting;
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions;
• Advanced expertise in SQL, PySpark, and Python;
• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and transformations;
• Strong familiarity with big data platforms, version control, and modern data engineering best practices;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to understand details while keeping sight of the bigger picture;
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, and Mixpanel;
• Nice to have: experience with financial metrics and payments data.
