• Communicate with product, marketing, and business teams to uncover the real problem behind each request;
• Design welcome, retention, reactivation, anti-churn, and other lifecycle scenarios;
• Configure and launch CRM communications independently;
• Assess the capabilities of the current CRM and identify where improvements are needed;
• Analyze scenario performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• 2–3 Years of experience with CRM or lifecycle;
• Hands-on experience launching CRM communications, not just assigning tasks to others;
• Confident knowledge of SQL, API, HTTP, and JSON;
• Understanding of product metrics including LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, conversion, and ROI;
• Ability to communicate with business teams and translate their needs into specific scenarios;
• English B1+ for reading technical documentation.
