product analyst for identity verification

Authologic builds an identity verification orchestration platform that aggregates KYC, AML, and digital IDs into a single API for global businesses.

• Work with KYC/AML experts to understand global verification methods, including e-IDs, biometrics, and document checks;
• Collaborate with providers, Sales, and R&D to gather integration requirements;
• Turn raw inputs, partner API documentation, and team discussions into clear specifications and simple data flows;
• Use AI tools to analyze provider API documentation, draft specification outlines, and accelerate research;
• Build and maintain internal knowledge bases in Notion;
• Help refine external API documentation for engineers and clients;
• Connect Product, Technology, and Sales to align delivery expectations.

• Have prior exposure to or hands-on experience with Digital Identity, KYC, AML, e-ID, or user verification;
• Understand APIs and have a basic grasp of REST and JSON concepts;
• Communicate clearly and articulate ideas logically;
• Feel comfortable communicating with developers and business stakeholders;
• Learn new concepts quickly and ask thoughtful questions;
• Have professional fluency in English and Polish;
• Have English at minimum C1 level;
• Nice to have: Experience with Postman, SQL, Jira, Notion, or diagramming tools such as Miro, Figma, or Lucidchart; exposure to a SaaS, Fintech, or startup environment.
