Wise is a global technology company building services that help people and businesses move and manage money internationally, including cross-border transfers, spending abroad, and international payments.

Develop KPIs and metrics in partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Analysts;
Identify and act on opportunities to improve the team’s KPIs;
Continuously improve product metrics;
Serve as the primary analytical contact for product launches within the team;
Conduct forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts;
Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights;
Build and present data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team;
Contribute to wider product goals and the Money without borders mission;
Construct and maintain data assets for diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts;
Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively used to improve product and customer insights;
Create an independent path to impact and make autonomous decisions with team feedback;
Grow and inspire analysts and others across Wise;
Identify opportunities that support Wise’s growth and redefine international payments at scale.
требования
Strong analytical mindset and experience in product-led environments in FinTech or the financial industry;
Technical skills in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools;
Experience working with Product Managers, engineers, and analysts;
Relevant experience in data-driven and complex environments with limited guidance;
Understanding of event data and tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to translate data into compelling narratives;
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take work beyond analysis and drive outcomes;
Nice to have: Fintech domain experience, knowledge of Airflow, Github, or DBT, experience with user-facing products and data.
