product analyst for regional expansion

• Develop KPIs for expansion markets with Product Managers and other Analysts;
• Monitor the impact of new product features on KPIs;
• Identify and action opportunities to improve team KPIs;
• Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics;
• Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches;
• Conduct forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support product rollouts;
• Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights;
• Build and present data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team;
• Contribute to wider product goals and the Money Without Borders mission;
• Construct and maintain data assets for diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts;
• Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively used to improve product and customer insights;
• Work independently with the team to create a vision and make decisions;
• Grow and inspire the team and others across Wise;
• Identify opportunities that support Wise in reaching future millions of customers and redefining international payments at scale.

• Strong analytical thinking and product intuition focused on banking and financial services;
• Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools;
• Experience working with Product Managers, engineers, and analysts;
• Relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance;
• Understanding of event data and tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to translate data into compelling narratives;
• Ability to take work beyond analysis and deliver results;
• Nice to have: Fintech experience, knowledge of Airflow/GitHub/DBT, experience with user-facing products and data.
