• Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations;
• Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define success metrics and baselines, and evaluate released changes;
• Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources;
• Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior;
• Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation;
• Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings, challenge assumptions, and support evidence-informed decisions;
• Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.

• 2+ Years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role;
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases;
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau;
• Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing;
• Ability to independently drive analytical projects from defining the question to delivering insights and recommendations;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context;
• Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence;
• Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs;
• Upper-Intermediate or better English;
• Nice to have: Google BigQuery, Python for data analysis, Amplitude, regression, clustering, causal inference, product discovery or opportunity assessment, AI-enabled analytical workflows, automations, or reusable AI solutions.
