Allegro Pay is a fintech service providing payment methods used daily by customers of Allegro, one of the largest e-commerce companies in Europe. The service operates at large scale and uses extensive data platforms and machine learning.

• Contribute to the strategy and direction of financial services offered on Allegro;
• Provide analysis-based recommendations to key decision-makers within Allegro;
• Calculate major financial metrics, including incrementality of financial products and CLV, while ensuring data process auditability and reliability;
• Create data-driven processes while maintaining software engineering best practices;
• Participate in designing business processes using data products and implementing them in production.

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a product analyst, data analyst, or data engineer;
• Have fluent SQL skills, including complex query writing and optimization;
• Have experience creating dashboards in BI tools, preferably Tableau;
• Care about code repeatability and reusability;
• Have experience with Python for data processing and analytics;
• Can transform data into knowledge, draw conclusions, and provide insightful recommendations;
• Have knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and product analytics metrics;
• Are independent, proactive, inquisitive, meticulous, and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities;
• Are a collaborative team player who engages in team life;
• Know Polish and English at least at B2 level;
• Nice to have: experience gained in consulting or a financial institution, knowledge of Git.
