задачи
Analyze large and complex datasets to understand the behavior of millions of players and answer strategic product questions;
Partner with Product, Game Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to drive data-informed decisions;
Design, analyze, and communicate A/B tests to evaluate new features and optimize player experiences;
Develop frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools that empower teams to make better product decisions;
Generate actionable insights that improve player engagement, retention, monetization, and overall game performance;
Define and validate event tracking to ensure high-quality product analytics;
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
требования
Significant experience working as a Product Analyst, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or other consumer digital products;
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets;
Experience with experimentation, product analytics, and statistical analysis;
Intellectual curiosity with a passion for solving complex business problems through data;
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations;
Fluent English, written and spoken;
Nice to have: Python or R experience.
