SME Business Team Analyst in SME lending

Ardshinbank is a banking organization operating in the finance, banking, and insurance industry.

• Study micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise lending and banking services markets under the direction of the regional manager;
• Attract SME customers in the regions served by the bank’s branches;
• Organize meetings and visits with potential SME customers and present banking services;
• Analyze potential borrowers’ businesses and conduct the lending process;
• Manage loan applications and submit them to authorized bodies and committees for approval;
• Promote banking services and products and conduct cross-selling;
• Work toward achieving individual and branch monthly, quarterly, and target performance indicators;
• Maintain and regularly update SME customer profiles;
• Manage SME customers’ active and passive portfolios;
• Service the established loan portfolio and communicate effectively with customers;
• Monitor loan portfolio quality and participate in the recovery of problematic loans;
• Prepare and submit proposals for optimizing and automating SME customer service processes;
• Perform assignments from the regional manager;
• Perform other assigned functions under the bank’s internal legal acts, decisions, and orders;
• Submit work reports to the direct manager.

• Higher or professional education;
• At least 2 years of work experience in the finance and banking sector within the last 3 years;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent Armenian, good Russian, and good English;
• Knowledge of financial analysis and general knowledge of banking regulations.
