Andersen’s customer is an international organization in the financial and protection services domain. It provides customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets, investing in digital capabilities, operational excellence, technology, process improvement, and service innovation. The project focuses on an integration layer connecting business systems and digital services, including integrations for insurance and customer service workflows.
задачи
Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements;
Translate business needs into clear, implementable technical specifications;
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation;
Model business processes using BPMN, design solutions, and build prototypes;
Support backlog refinement with detailed requirement elaboration;
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams;
Own product vision, goals, and success metrics;
Define and manage the roadmap, backlog, and priorities;
Make scope and trade-off decisions based on value, risks, and constraints;
Ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business goals;
Engage stakeholders and align expectations;
Lead demos and reviews, and validate delivered increments against the DoD;
Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and product performance;
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations;
Ensure legal, data privacy, and security compliance.
требования
At least 3.5 years of experience as a System Analyst;
Experience as a Product Owner;
Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io for requirements management and process modeling;
Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases;
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman;
Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC;
Experience with Camunda or similar workflow/process automation platforms;
Familiarity with ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting;
Experience with Git and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
Strong analytical thinking and systems understanding;
Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset;
English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
Nice to have: Project Management background.
