system analyst for risk management systems

The team develops systems supporting risk management for a major financial-sector organization.

• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Design changes to systems, integrations, and data flows;
• Analyze data sources and design mappings and data-loading processes (Source-to-Target Mapping);
• Create analytical and technical documentation, including data models, data-flow diagrams, and specifications for development teams;
• Analyze large data volumes and collaborate with architects, developers, and administrators on designing, testing, and implementing solutions;
• Validate proposed solutions by preparing Proof of Concept (PoC).

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Analyst;
• Experience in system analysis, integration design, and data-flow modeling;
• Very good SQL (Oracle) skills and experience with databases and data warehouses;
• Ability to analyze data models (ERD), design data mappings, and work with large data volumes;
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, Python, Apache Spark, Hadoop/Big Data, REST API, JSON, XML, and Git;
• Experience preparing analytical documentation for development teams;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to independently conduct analyses and propose solutions;
• Nice to have: experience in the financial sector, particularly risk management; knowledge of Airflow, Docker, or OpenShift; knowledge of UML, BPMN, SQL Developer, SQL Developer Data Modeler, Draw.io, or Visio.

• Compensation up to 155 zł/h net on B2B;
• Hybrid work with 6 office days per month in Warsaw, Katowice, or Krakow;
• B2B contract.
