• Analyse, design and implement integrations between 1C, used as the accounting system, and Calypso, used as the back-office, trading and risk management platform;
• Develop and improve reports and functionality within 1C;
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications for system synchronisation;
• Work with Finance, Operations and IT teams to support business needs and automate workflows;
• Ensure accurate and timely data flow and reconciliation between 1C and Calypso;
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment and ongoing support of 1C and related integrations.

• University degree in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Finance or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience with 1C, including integrations with third-party systems;
• Experience integrating 1C with financial systems;
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting in investment firms or financial institutions;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an investment firm, brokerage or financial institution;
• Knowledge of SQL, XML and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP);
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, interface specifications and conduct user testing;
• Working English;
• Nice to have: Experience with Calypso or similar front-to-back-office platforms, Russian or Greek.
