• Translate complex business needs into functional and system requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and integration specifications;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to design solutions, clarify system behavior, identify edge cases and risks, and ensure correct implementation;
• Analyze system integrations and production issues, including root cause analysis, data flows, APIs, and dependencies with external partners;
• Work with developers and QA throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on system integrations and data flows;
• Support backlog refinement, effort estimation, release planning, and risk identification;
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and quality standards;
• Contribute to improving analysis practices, documentation standards, and product development processes.

• 3+ Years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development;
• Experience with travel technology or ability to learn it quickly, including OTAs, airlines, GDSs, reservation systems, travel management, or travel platforms;
• Strong system and business analysis skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and create precise, development-ready requirements;
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, JSON, system architecture, and data flows;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including investigating complex issues, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and coordinating across Product, Engineering, QA, and external partners;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• English proficiency at B2+ level;
• Nice to have: knowledge of airline distribution, GDSs (Amadeus, Sabre), or NDC, experience with SQL and API testing tools such as Postman, familiarity with UML, BPMN, or sequence diagrams, understanding of microservices or cloud-based applications, curiosity to understand how complex systems work.
