Game designer for educational games

LogicLike is an international EdTech project that creates digital learning products helping children develop logic, thinking skills, and curiosity through play. Its educational games are used by 4 million users.

• Develop existing LogicLike games and identify opportunities to improve player engagement;
• Analyse player journeys to find where children lose interest, struggle with difficulty, or do not understand the next step;
• Develop and test hypotheses around game mechanics, progression, difficulty, rewards, and feedback;
• Own improvements from idea to release and post-release evaluation;
• Work with learning designers, visual designers, and developers to discuss solutions, set tasks, and prioritise improvements;
• Research competitors and identify game patterns that work for different age groups;
• Influence how new LogicLike games are designed in the future.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in product-focused game design or product management in gaming or consumer mobile products;
• Experience independently owning a game, product area, or meaningful feature;
• Experience with product metrics, funnels, engagement, and retention;
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, progression, difficulty curves, rewards, and feedback loops;
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, prioritise them, launch changes, and evaluate their impact after release;
• Experience working with designers and developers;
• Proactive, data-informed approach: identify problems independently, propose solutions, and rethink decisions when data shows that a hypothesis did not work;
• Nice to have: experience in mobile games, EdTech, or products for children.

• Fully remote work in a distributed international team;
• Working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Moscow time;
• Official employment;
• Three-month probation period.
