RTB House is a performance demand-side platform that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. It provides Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions for conversion optimization, customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term demand generation.
задачи
Design and create static and animated advertising banners for digital campaigns;
Co-create new technological marketing solutions;
Collaborate with internal sales, customer service, and technical departments;
Ensure consistency of customers' visual identities across all materials.
требования
Solid experience in digital advertising design;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop;
Fluent Polish and very good English;
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript;
Familiarity with Adobe Animate;
Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail;
Creative approach and ability to propose fresh ideas;
Good communication skills and openness to working with internal teams;
Good organization, time management, and teamwork skills;
Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn new technologies;
Nice to have: experience creating Key Visuals, animation skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
