• Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages, and social posts;
• Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio while keeping one character consistent across an entire article;
• Write and refine prompts and document them so readers can reproduce the result;
• Adapt assets across 16:9, 4:5, and 9:16 formats;
• Work with the content team on visual requirements before content is written;
• Maintain a coherent visual language as the blog scales beyond a few hundred articles.

• Portfolio demonstrating taste and range, with three considered pieces preferred over templated work;
• Strong composition and typography skills, including creating banners with readable headlines at 400×225;
• Real fluency with AI image and video generation, including understanding prompts, diagnosing failed generations, and changing the approach when needed;
• Ability to work quickly and at volume without compromising quality;
• English at a level sufficient for setting type and identifying incorrect headlines;
• Ability to explain design decisions;
• Nice to have: Experience designing for a blog, media outlet, or content-heavy product, motion basics including editing, grading, and titles, experience using Higgsfield or a competitor for personal projects.
