задачи
Develop artwork for multichannel print and digital deliverables from scratch and create creative concepts;
Develop adaptations and updates based on approved creative concepts and existing materials;
Collaborate with design, copy, brand, project management, and production teams on briefs and deliverables;
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and media specifications for print and digital executions;
Maintain consistent creative quality throughout project lifecycles;
Work closely with project management under strict design guidelines;
Develop colour palettes and stylesheets according to direction;
Participate in assigned training programs and complete assignments as required.
требования
3–5 Years of digital and print design experience, including User Interface design;
Experience working in agency and client-side environments;
Strong visual communication skills in graphic design, layout, and typography;
Strong design sensibilities and knowledge of responsive design principles;
Ability to review creative work and provide constructive feedback;
Working knowledge of print, 4 colour process, spot colour printing, and standard digital and conventional print practices;
Experience delivering creative assets;
Familiarity with project management systems such as Jira;
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in deadline-driven environments;
Good oral and written communication skills and a collaborative approach;
Business-level German and English, written and verbal;
Nice to have: Experience working for pharmaceutical companies, Firefly, Figma, Premier Pro, Sketch, 3D, Motion Graphics, Video content editing, After Effects, French, additional European languages.
