• Create engaging visual content for social media channels aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives;
• Develop creative concepts and variations for organic social and paid advertising campaigns;
• Adapt and iterate content based on platform-specific requirements, trends, and performance feedback;
• Monitor social trends and propose new content ideas, formats, and strategies to strengthen organic and paid performance;
• Animate or edit video content for social media platforms.

• 3–5 Years of experience in graphic design, ideally focused on social media and/or digital marketing;
• Proven experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok;
• Experience in e-commerce or fashion/retail marketing;
• Understanding of paid advertising platforms and creative requirements, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and RTB House Ads;
• Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration;
• Advanced image editing skills in Adobe Photoshop or an equivalent tool;
• Proficiency in After Effects for video editing and motion graphics;
• Proficiency in Smartly or a similar performance platform for creating ads;
• Collaborative team player who contributes to a healthy team culture;
• Able to give and receive feedback constructively;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
