• Design and animate visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and training materials in line with brand guidelines;
• Develop storyboards and visual narratives with marketing, product, and education teams;
• Adapt complex medical and technical information into clear, engaging visual content;
• Work with video footage and create animated graphics and titles;
• Optimize content for multiple platforms;
• Maintain organized project files and timelines;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in creative reviews.

• Strong motion design and animation skills;
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related design software;
• Solid graphic design skills, including typography, layout, and visual storytelling for digital and video formats;
• Experience creating content for marketing, social media, and educational purposes;
• Ability to adapt designs for different audiences and platforms;
• Ability to translate complex medical or technical concepts into clear visual narratives, storyboards, and explainer animations;
• Strong attention to visual quality, timing, and consistency;
• Ability to organize assets and manage multiple projects and deadlines;
• Effective collaboration and communication skills;
• Relevant education in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, aesthetic medicine, or science communication, familiarity with international brands and global audiences.
