X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. It gained recognition after releasing Happy Color, a popular digital coloring book and successful ad-driven mobile app.
задачи
Create motion graphics, animations, and video ads for paid social and ad networks following creative concepts and guidelines;
Collaborate with Creative Producers to develop and refine visual concepts;
Adapt and export creative assets according to the technical requirements of different ad networks and established production workflows.
требования
Have 1+ years of experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field; personal, freelance, or educational projects are welcome;
Have good knowledge of Adobe After Effects;
Have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
Understand basic animation and design principles, including timing, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy;
Can work with existing designs and turn static assets into engaging animations;
Have attention to detail and the ability to work with feedback;
Have a portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design skills;
Nice to have: Experience with Ai tools for graphics, video, voiceover, or music, familiarity with Figma.
