Proton provides encrypted email, VPN, file storage, password management, and calendar tools that help millions of people protect their privacy, freedom, and data.

• Define and shape Proton's motion vision across product, web, and brand;
• Design and animate web experiences, micro-interactions, and product animations that improve the user experience;
• Produce high-quality motion and visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, and the website;
• Help define Proton's motion design principles, guidelines, and reusable animation systems;
• Work independently on end-to-end projects while collaborating with multiple teams across the company;
• Create motion and graphic design assets that strengthen Proton's visual identity;
• Build performant web animations using modern formats and technologies such as animated SVGs, Lottie, and WebM.

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in graphic design or motion design in an agency or in-house;
• Ability to create motion, interaction, and/or animated visuals within a given brand or visual identity;
• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with meticulous attention to detail and no need for constant input;
• Ability to articulate design decisions and convey complex ideas effectively;
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools; Figma and Adobe Suite are mandatory;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
• Nice to have: Blender.
